Makes no sense

Ok.. If you call someone to help you do something, wouldn’t the proper thing to do is return the phone call? Why should someone have to call over and over to get someone to answer a simple question????  Maybe I grew up a little different than most, but my daddy always taught me to return calls. Now, I may not always follow through, but I do try my best. 

You would think people would want to help others out, especially from church or other churches.  However once again, people let you down.  It never fails to tell you the truth.. Even though this blog seems like I’m complaining, nah, not too much. To be quite frank, it’s just to show you how we feel sometimes.  That’s why God said to trust in Him-NOT in other people.. As we know, people will disappoint you, let you down, turn their back on you, but God will run to you, enlighten you, pick you up and embrace you.  Praise God-He’s so good!!! 

Charles and I had a good talk tonight. It was really interesting and fulfilling to speak your heart and listen to someone pour out theirs. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to share my feelings and run thoughts across someone else.. Reminds me of how God says to lay our burdens on each other so we don’t have to carry the load ourself.  This cross has been weighing on my mind for a long time and it feels so good to have it lifted a little.. (Thanks Charles..

Question…

Ok.. So I would like some opinions on a few questions. There is no right or wrong answer I guess you could say, just personal preference.  Here we go….

1.  What is Worship to you?

2.  In what ways do we (or you) Worship?

3.  Do you know “how” you were made?

4.  Why do you or why do you think people go to church?

 5.  What do you look for when you visit a church?

Well, there they are.. These are just some random questions and I would love to know what you think.  In some instances, you probably have to think about some of the answers.  We never really think about some of these questions because we’ve never been challenged with them before.  The hardest part is not so much the questions, but living these answers out on a day to day basis.  Most of us become content with our surroundings and therefore not so empathtic to people who walk through our church or into our lives.  So, without stretching it out any further, thanks for any comments.  Have a great week and God bless you.
